Memory Bank Guidelines & Submission Terms

  JuxPrint Memory Bank – Community Guidelines
 To keep this space welcoming and true to our purpose, we ask that all stories and comments:
 1. Stay respectful. 
    - No insults, harassment, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender,
religion, nationality, or any other identity. 
 2. Stay clean. 
    - No explicit sexual content, excessive violence, or graphic descriptions. 
 3. Stay progressive. 
    - Celebrate heritage and culture without glorifying abuse, exploitation, or harm. 
    - It’s okay to be honest about struggle, but we aim for stories that uplift, teach, or inspire. 
 4. Protect privacy. 
    - Do not share full names, addresses, or highly identifying details about other people without their permission. 
 5. Share your own experience. 
    - Stick to stories and ideas you personally lived or had a right to tell. 
 6. No spam or self‑promotion. 
    - No unrelated links, ads, or repeated comments.
 We reserve the right to hide, edit, or refuse comments that break these guidelines.

Idea & Story Submission Terms
 By posting a comment, story, or idea in the JuxPrint Memory Bank (including any text, descriptions of games, sketches, or concepts), you agree to the following:
 1. Your original experience. 
    - You are sharing your own experience or an idea you have the right to share. 
    - Your submission does not knowingly copy someone else’s protected work.
 2. Permission for us to use your ideas. 
    - You understand that JuxPrint may use your submitted ideas, memories, or concepts as inspiration for future products, artwork, designs, marketing, or content. 
    - You grant JuxPrint a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, adapt, and build upon your submitted ideas and stories in any media, including on apparel and digital content. 
    - This does not mean we own your life story; it does mean we can legally use the ideas you share here in our work without needing separate permission or additional payment.
 3. No guaranteed use or credit. 
    - We cannot guarantee that any submission will be used. 
    - When we can, we may mention a first name or nickname as inspiration, but we are not obligated to publicly credit every idea.
 4. No confidential submissions. 
    - Do not share confidential or sensitive business ideas here. This is a public comment space, not a private NDA.
 5. Indemnity. 
    - You agree that your submission does not violate any laws or infringe any other person’s rights. 
    - You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JuxPrint and its owners from any claims arising out of the stories or ideas you submit (for example, if someone else claims you used their protected work without permission).
 If you are not comfortable with these terms, please do not submit ideas in this public space. You are still welcome to enjoy the stories and buy from the collection.
